PostSubject: After crash effect. Stocks to buy ?   Sat Mar 22, 2008 3:42 am

Markets can take stocks where ever they want during a crash/boom .

During boom it is difficult to think to sell @ the top,
In a crash its even tougher to buy @ a low.

After along time, i finally feel the pain may be out from Market, and the markets have seemed to have reach a bottom.

Although there are US ression worries/Indian growth slowing, Political problems and stuff.
I think a lot of it is discounted now.

So thus im giving The final buy calls on some of the safest stocks @ current market prices.

1)Jhunjunwala Vanaspati @ 75- Trading @ a PE of 2 :O
2)Asian Oilfield Services @ 121 [although it wont give good results in the next quarter]
3)Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd. @ 60 - Trading @ P.E of 3 !
4)Zen technology @ 118, - Alloted to rakesh jhunjunwala @ 135 :O
5)Pioneer Distilleries Ltd. @ 55
6)Jindal Photo @ 126 - Carbon credits ? (unsure) still a P.E of 3

**As of Monday and Tuesday, ill be 100% invested with my money and + some borrowings

although thrz a saying you shouldnt invest borrowed money , but im confident if i cant get a mere 13-14% (interest rate) after the crash in a year's time.... Then imma doomed anyways lol

I also think bottom is near or already there. But i usually guess the otherway of sensex or nifty movement. Neutral So I'm going to wait and watch this week. If sensex goes between 13-14K I'll start buying for sure. Being April the results month i feel confident some green days are ahead. My preference would be frontliners like Sail, Powergrid or NTPC, L&T or GMR, RCOM or Bharti airtel for medium term

Hold on guys!!!! Just wait till the month of April-mid,if market is stable or some uptrend is there (unlikely), we can start playing momnetum game...but as of now stay away from Mid term, short term investment.

News looks like a negative from thursday

Inflation increased to 5.92%. After the release of inflation figures on Thursday, the import duty on crude palm oil has been reduced from 45% to 20%, from 52.5% to 27.5% on refined palm oil, 75% to 27.5% on refined mustard oil and from 50% to 27.5% on refined sunflower oil. The government also reduced the import duty on semi-milled or wholly milled rice from 70% to zero.

FIIs have net bought Index Futures worth Rs 1838.77 Cr and net bought Stock Futures worth Rs 239.51 Cr on 19.03.08 Not sure if this is +ve or negative Laughing

I guess today's rise was Really very encouraging.

A few more similar rises in intraday can be encouraging....

Those who entered the stocks above, now enjoy the upper circiuts.

Now very hard to get these stocks with have started hitting the circiuts.

Ull get atleat 30-50% return i.e 6-10 upper circuits in these stocks, so hold on and dont sell

Jhunjunwala Vanaspati for me, hands down is the best possible pick.

Fastest growing FMCG stock.

FMCG is the best sector.

Very low P.E

Expansion plans

No1 brand in vanaspati

Growing Results

Pioneer Dist/Rohit Ferro are good too, But long term vision/contant updates are needed.

Asian Oil may become best multibagger

People Can Exit

1)Zen Tech @ 165-170
2)Asian oil after 2 freezes... Ie CMP of 155 + 5%+5% = 165-170

Jhunjunwala is a hold(with already 25% return)
Rohit ferro may boost after quarterly results

Jindal photo & Pionner are yet to show momentum and thus a clear hold

People can enter...

1)Ambica Agarbathi- CMP 13 (about to show momentum)
2)Nelco -Cmp 81 (a real multibagger, 1 of my fav stocks....)
