Dont Know where the Market is heading ?

Earn if Nifty Closes between 4100-3500 Or above 4100 In july.

Investment needed 7500. Max Profit Unlimited above 4100, Between 3500-4100 if market closes @ 3800 Earn 30,000.

If Market GOES BELOW 3500 IN JULY only then u lose.

*If any1 understands OPTIONS, ie Calls Or Puts , Plz reply and ill tell you how.

Hi Arnav,
Still my stand is not to enter F&O and thats just because i just don't understand and simple rule not to do something which i don't know, that too with hard earned money Smile

. 7500 seems to be a small investment to earn a lot. Would you mind explaining. (Though i don't have any money left, i would get it if i understand your point drunken

. Though i might not be a bright inverstor/trader currently, sure i'm a quick learner Very Happy

Well I agree with Wildfire, I too do not understand the futures and options, thats why I do not put money in that.

Arnav, if you can teach us in short and simple , we would be thankful to you.

Remember 1st thing, I am doing ONLY Options, NO FUTURES.

WITH OPTIONS Your loses are almost limited.

Its Very difficult to explain here how calls/puts work, So it would BE really really great if you could ask any1 you know about it who knows this stuff and get the gist of it.

Even if you could understand the basis, Ill explain you the rest...

Im posting my strategy here for now .... Try and understand what are calls & Puts and then try to take my strategy as an example & then think how much you would earn/losr on diff closing of the markets in July.

**But for that you need to know What are calls and Puts.

** For me HONESTLY, this strategy is safer than investment in cash. Shocked

Ohk, Here is the strategy, It requires a lil bit more money than estimated Earlier.

**BUY 100 PUT Of Nifty(4100) @ 270

**Sell 200 Put of Nifty(3800) @ 250{2*125 each}

* Total Investment, 2000 Rs, Loss after Nifty goes belows 3500 in current Month(July). You Earn @ any close between 3500-4100 but do not lose above close of 4100.

** Buy 50 CALLS of Nifty(4000) @ 160

*Total Investment Rs. 8000, Upside Unlimited.... You just lose your investment on close of below 4000, which you would recover from your Puts...

Profit above any close above 3500 in July !!

Losses start below 3500 As per Nifty Lot taken.

Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 4400 @ 500
Sell 100/200 Nifty Put of 4100 @ 275*2(550)
Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 3800 @ 125

Buy 50/100 Nifty Call of 4300 @ 45
Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 4000 @ 205
Sell 200 Nifty Put of 3700 @ 95

* Total Investment = 13,000

Losses Below a close of 3530 ( Per Lot ){But you dont lose your investment}
Gains Above a close of 3530 (Including return of Investment)

Between 4300 - 4400 You earn Nothing, but above 4400 You earn per lot(Including return of your investment)
