Yes..that's correct..the only interesting thing is :

1 share becomes 5 after split.

then 1:1 bouns (is 1:1 on split shares ???) means, 5 shares become 10?


Regarding keeping the share in Trading or Demat account, ask your broker, what he prefers to do and tell him that he should not do anything that force you to miss the bonus.

I am not tracking either of these two stocks, However, I will suggest not to go for penny stocks just because of market rumours, read their balance sheer first. The profit could be very less as these are pennys stocks, but you should check if it is a growing company or a dying one.

Whats ur view on Ispat Industries, i have some holdings @ 46.40. I see this company made loss is dec 07 quarter. It's interest expense have shooted high this quater for this loss. Let me know if you are still tracking this stock.

The Metal sector has lost shine recenly on fear of global economic slowdown. However I believe that Ispat will give you a good result in mid term, you can expect a level of 58-66 by Mid June 08.

Oh !! really...that great. No I am not tracking this stock on regular basis. Frankly I only keep a close watch on the stocks which are in portfolio_v2 template or on weekly stock picks. But the bull run in Ispat is good for the holders. Keep Holding.

When we bought market was at 20k level, now it in 15500--wts to say?

I would like to invest say around 50K. do you think its good time to do so in the portfolio suggested by you for this amount?

I've also heard that the sensex might touch 12000...not sure how far this is true...what do you foresee?

Dear Anid

This stock was a total hit in Dec 07 and Jan 08... good earnings we had. Now I have picked up this stock again 1000 @ 53, and since then it has consistently moved up in circuits. CMP is 74 odd. What do you feel... even if it is in UC on Friday (04 Apr) will it weather the usual bad weather on Mondays? It was in UC with 16000 odd bids pending.
